WHAT TO EXPECT

                       20th August '21

The recent rain event has most "major" PA streams such as Big Pine, Penns & the Little J blown out.  That's not the case here on "The Run".  As a headwater fishery, the recent deluge served only to improve an already superb set of conditions.  We're hard pressed to recall a summer that offered the excellent fishing we are presently experiencing.  Our world class brown trout & Kamloop rainbows have been willing takers of well-presented feathered hooks all season.  Just because the calendar says August, the opportunities remain stellar . . .  Call now to book your beat.

The list of high producing summer patterns remains unchanged:  Golden retrievers, woolly buggers, muddlers and green weenies are delivering consistent results sub-surface.  Stimulators, inch worms, ants, beetles & crickets are finding eager takers on the surface.  Adams & BWO's produce year-round here.

Also, don't forget; it is not too early to think about booking your autumn & winter dates.  Insofar as the spring of '22 is concerned: May and June are already nearing full capacity.  Don't wait to secure one of the few remaining dates for next season on "The Run" - Big Moores Run!
